The Old Church Aitolahti is an Evangelical Lutheran church building in the district Aitolahti in Finnish Tampere . The stone and brick church was designed by Birger Federley . It is a historical replica of a medieval Finnish stone church . It was built in 1928 after Aitolahti became an independent municipality in 1924. The parish became part of the city of Tampere in 1966. In 2014 the parish also went together with the parishes of Teisko and Messukylä.

There is space for around 230 people in the church. The interior is decorated with paintings by Kalle Löytänä . A glass painting by Fritz Hilbert that depicts Christ crucified serves as the altar panel . The organ with 19 stops and a pneumatic action was built by Kangasala Orgelfabrik.

There is a cemetery in the immediate vicinity of the church . Since the new church of Aitolahti was built in 2001, the old church has been in less use.
