Old Landlord (Ramersdorf)
The Alte Wirt is an inn in Ramersdorf that was mentioned in a document as early as 1504 and is located near the pilgrimage church of St. Maria .
location
Formerly located on Salzstraße , the inn is now located on Rosenheimer Straße near the entrance to the Salzburg motorway .
history
The inn was first mentioned in a document in 1504, when domestic items in this area were burned during the Landshut War of Succession . The Ramersdorfer church authorities drove forward the reconstruction due to the favorable location of the inn. In 1690, the Perlacher Hofwirt Franz Dägn was commissioned to build a "Bierzäpflerei" in Ramersdorf, in which his son Johann Paul Dägn (father of the Capuchin Emmerich Däger ) worked as a host from 1692. In the period that followed, the inn changed hands several times and multiplied its value several times. The Alte Wirt has been run by Christa and Leon Niederreiner since 1989.
Monument protection
The building was a listed building for a long time until the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation decided to exempt it from monument protection due to frequent renovations.
