The Altona-Lübecker Chaussee was a Chaussee in Schleswig-Holstein and led via Schnelsen , Heidkrug , Elmenhorst , Bad Oldesloe and Reinfeld to Lübeck .

history

History from 1840

The approximately 72 km long road was built between 1840 and 1843 by the then King Christian VIII . It branched off from Altona-Kieler Chaussee in Schnelsen .

today

The course of the Altona-Lübecker Chaussee follow today:

  • the B 432 from Schnelsen to the junction of the B 75 in Kayhude
  • the B 75 from Kayhude to Lübeck

Milestones

The milestones on the Chaussee are truncated cones . The full milestones (V) each have an engraved royal monogram on the front and the year 1840 underneath . The half-milestones (H) also show the distance " 12 M" under the year , the full milestones show the distance to Altona or Lübeck on the left and right.
