Alvar Aalto Medal
The Alvar Aalto Medal has been an internationally renowned architecture prize awarded since 1967.
The prize is awarded by the Finnish Museum of Architecture and the Finnish Association of Architects SAFA for significant contributions to contemporary architecture. Namesake is Alvar Aalto . The award ceremony takes place roughly every four years together with the Alvar Aalto Symposium in Jyväskylä .
