At Eichberg 37
The garden house at Am Eichberg 37 in Lauterbach , a town in the Vogelsberg district in Central Hesse , was built around 1800. The building, also known as the “doll's house”, is a protected architectural monument .

Today the building is integrated into the city park. It was built around 1800 as a bourgeois garden house for the Dieffenbach council. A two-story half - timbered building stands above a square floor plan , which ends with a slate-covered tent roof with a crowning knob . The ground floor of the house, which is attached to the rocky slope , partly supported by dry stone walls, is open on three sides. The entrance is to the right behind a wrought iron railing in rococo shapes with monograms .
