architecture

Three-storey corner building with a high mansard roof ; flattened by sliding it towards the eaves . Execution of the four-axle street fronts only differs from one another in detail. The entrance side to the view of “Am Neuen Wasserturm” is asymmetrically accentuated by the stepped gable on the right and the entrance axis just being exposed. The facade facing Bebericher Straße emphasizes a wide triangular gable in the middle . In addition to the regular row of windows, the regularity of which is only interrupted by the staggered staircase windows, a plinth and protruding eaves cornice take on the horizontal structure.

With the exception of the arcade-like pointed arched windows on the ground floor, all windows on the upper floors are uniformly rectangular in shape with flat plaster frames and sills . The five openings of the gable are analogous, but formulated smaller. The house entrance is simply framed with a wide profile. On each side of the street, two dormers in a different arrangement break through the roof area .
