House Am Stadtpark 53 in the Pasing district of Munich (2020)

The building at Am Stadtpark 53 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1909. The villa in the historicizing Art Nouveau is a protected architectural monument .

The house was built according to plans by the architect Josef Schormüller. The villa with the tower placed over the corner has retained many of its decorative details: Madonna figure, bay window , trellis , shingling, painting and pillar portal.

The villa has not been used for years and is for sale.
