House Am Stadtpark 49/51 in Pasing

The semi-detached house Am Stadtpark 49/51 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1901 (no. 51) and 1905 (no. 49). The building of the forest colony is a protected architectural monument .

The architect Josef Falter was also the client. The twin buildings with half- hipped roof and eaves-side risalits have dwarf houses . The original cornice and corner pilaster strips have been preserved on No. 51 . No. 51 shutters have been removed. The attic was expanded in 1958 (No. 49) and 1966 (No. 51).
