Amber Beattie
Amber Louisa Oatley Beattie (born July 22, 1993 ) is a British actress and singer , best known for her roles as Lulu Baker in the television series Jinx (2009) and as Gretel in the movie The Boy in the Striped Pajamas (2008).
Acting career
Beattie had her breakthrough in the 2008 Holocaust film The Boy in the Striped Pajamas , in which she played the role of the leading actress' older sister, Gretel. She had previously appeared in the TV movie Empathy .
Personal life
Beattie attended William Tyndale Primary School, the Stoke Newington School in Hackney , the sixth SWAP class in London and studied zoology at the University of Leeds . During her studies, she spent a year as an exchange student at Carleton University in Canada.
