The Amt Brinkum was a historical administrative area of the Kingdom of Hanover .

In 1852, the Marschvogteien Brinkum, Riede and Weyhe , which had previously belonged to the Syke office , were merged to form a new Brinkum office based in Syke . As early as 1859, this step was revised and the Brinkum Office was reintegrated into the Syke Office.
