Friesoythe District Court
The Grand Ducal Oldenburg District Court Friesoythe was a district court in the city of Friesoythe . At the court from 1887 to 1892, Eduard Burlage, who later became the Reich judge, ruled .
In the Grand Duchy of Oldenburg , the office of Friesoythe entrance court and the district court of Cloppenburg were located downstream. With the Courts Constitution Act of August 29, 1857, the judiciary was reorganized: The offices remained the entrance authorities, but the administration of justice and administration were separated. With the entry into force of the Reich Justice Laws , the court organization was reorganized in 1879 and the District Court of Friesoythe was formed.
The district court was dissolved on May 1, 1974 and the jurisdiction of the district court of Cloppenburg was extended to the entire district of Cloppenburg . Until 1997, however, there was still a branch of the land registry of the Cloppenburg district court in Friesoythe .
