Hardegsen District Court

The Hardegsen District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Hardegsen .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included parts of the Moringen office , including the city of Hardegsen. The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Göttingen . It was repealed in 1859 and its judicial district was assigned to that of the Northeim District Court .
