Löbau District Court

The Löbau District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of a total of 30 district courts in the Free State of Saxony .

Seat and District of the Court

The judicial district of the district court of Löbau comprised all communities of the former district of Löbau-Zittau with the exception of the communities assigned to the district court district of Zittau ( Section 1, Paragraph 4, Annex No. 19 of the Saxon Justice Act). The court has its seat in 02708 Löbau, Promenadenring 3.

Superior courts

The district court of Görlitz was directly superior to the district court of Löbau . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Dresden .
