The District Court of Görlitz is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of a total of 25 district courts in the Free State of Saxony .

Seat and District of the Court

The judicial district of the Görlitz District Court includes the city of Görlitz and the communities of Horka , Kodersdorf , Königshain , Markersdorf , Neißeaue , Reichenbach / OL , Schöpstal and Vierkirchen from the district of Görlitz ( Section 1 (4), Annex No. 11 of the Saxon Justice Act). The court has its seat in 02826 Görlitz, Postplatz 18.

The district court of Görlitz is directly superior to the district court of Görlitz . The competent higher regional court has its seat in Dresden .
