District court Stadthagen
The Stadthagen district court is one of three district courts in the Bückeburg district court . It is based in Stadthagen in Lower Saxony .
The district court of Stadthagen is locally responsible for the city of Stadthagen and the municipalities of Lindhorst , Nenndorf , Niedernwöhren , Rodenberg and Sachsenhagen . It has about 81,000 court residents . The district court of Bückeburg is superior to it. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Celle . For insolvency proceedings is District Court Bückeburg responsible. The Stadthagen district court is also responsible for the trade and cooperative register of the entire regional court district.
