The district court of Bückeburg is one of three district courts in the district court district of Bückeburg. It is located in the Bückeburg Justice Center, which also houses the Lower Saxony State Court , the Bückeburg Regional Court and the Bückeburg Public Prosecutor's Office.

history

Due to the division of the old county of Schaumburg , the district court Bückeburg (formerly Schaumburg-Lippe ) and the district court Obernkirchen (formerly Prussia ) existed until the end of the 1960s . When these two were then united in one judicial district at the beginning of the 1970s, today's Bückeburg District Court was created.

Judicial district

The judicial district of the Bückeburg District Court includes the cities of Bückeburg and Obernkirchen , the municipality of Auetal and the municipalities of Eilsen and Nienstädt . The Bückeburg District Court thus has around 54,600 court residents .
