The Andersson Peak is a 1,230  m high mountain with icy peaks and rocky outcrops on the eastern flank. It rises 14.5 km north of Cape Fairweather on the Nordenskjöld coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula .

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped the mountain in 1947. It is named after Karl Andreas Andersson (1875–1968), zoologist for the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903), who explored the coast around the mountain in 1902.
