André Auras (born April 22, 1991 in Dakar ) is a Senegalese - French football player .

Club career

Born in Senegal, Auras grew up in the Tours region and was trained in Châteauroux in his youth until he moved to the youth department of AJ Auxerre in 2006 , where he made his debut for the reserve team in the fourth division in 2009. The then 18-year-old mostly played for the club's third team and had no perspective on the professional team when he moved to Stade Brest in 2011 . At Brest, he was able to establish himself first in the second team from 2012 and was appointed to the squad of the first division team for the first time at the beginning of 2013. When he was substituted on in the 75th minute in the 2-0 win against FC Évian Thonon Gaillard on January 12 , he made his first division and thus his professional debut. In the same month he signed his first professional contract. From then on he ran a few more times for the team with whom he had to accept relegation to the second division at the end of the season.

Following the fall into the second division, however, he hardly played a role at Brest and turned his back on the club when he moved to Los Angeles Galaxy in the United States on March 1, 2014 . There he was initially intended for the second team competing in the third division. He made his debut in the professionally run third-highest division in the USA on April 8, 2014, when he was in the starting line-up against Oklahoma City Energy .

In 2016 he moved back to France to Stade Plabennec in the CFA and one year later to the sixth division EA Saint-Renan .

National team

In December 2007, the then 16-year-old player was appointed to the French U-17 team for the first time . For this he was in the squad for the U-17 European Championship in 2008 and was used in the final when he was substituted on in the 48th minute. But because the final was lost 4-0 to Spain, he could not celebrate a title win. The game was also his last for a French youth selection.
