André Bicaba (born January 12, 1945 ) is a former Burkinabe athlete .
Bicaba was the first Burkinabe Olympian when he was the only athlete for Upper Volta to take part in the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich . He started in the 100 meter run , but was eliminated in the run-up.
