André Kudelski (2010)

André Kudelski (born May 26, 1960 ) is Chief Executive Officer of Kudelski SA .

Education & career

In his youth in the late 1970s, he was attracted to digital technology: he and two friends built a personal computer from scratch. He completed his studies at the ETH Lausanne with a degree in physical engineering.

In 1984 Kudelski joined the family company of the same name as an R&D engineer. After a short trip to Silicon Valley, he returned in 1986 and headed Pay TV Product Management, later also as Director of Nagravision SA. In 1991, André Kudelski took over the role of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Holding Kudelski SA from his father Stefan Kudelski . As a result, he shifted the company's focus from building recorders to developing encryption solutions.

Other offices

He has been a member of the Publicis Groupe Supervisory Board since 2016 . Until 2013 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Nestlé and Dassault Systèmes . In the past, Edipresse also had a seat on the board of directors.

In 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 André Kudelski participated in the Bilderberg Conference and is part of the leadership committee.

In 2002, Kudelski was on the Forbes list; he was a billionaire at the time.
