André van der Louw
Arie Andries (André) van der Louw (born August 9, 1933 in The Hague ; † October 20, 2005 in Scheveningen ) was a Dutch politician of the Partij van de Arbeid (PvdA), football official and chairman of the Nederlandse Omroep Stichting .
As a politician he was party chairman from 1971 to 1974, from 1974 to 1981 mayor of Rotterdam and from 1981 to 1982 minister in the Van Agt II cabinet . He was also a member of the Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament .
