Andrea Gerecke (* 1957 in Berlin ) is a German writer and crime fiction writer from the East Westphalian community of Hille .

Life

Gerecke was born in Berlin and trained as a journalist and specialist in press and public relations. She has lived in the Minden-Lübbecke district since 1999 . She is a founding member of the "Mindener Lesebühne" . She is a member of the following crime writers' associations: Murderous Sisters and the Syndicate .

In 2011 she published her first crime novels with the serial hero Alexander Rosenbaum (who, like the author, moves from Berlin to Minden-Lübbecke) and has a regional connection to the Minden-Lübbecke district.
