Andrea Marunde (born March 3, 1964 in Hamburg ) is a former German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Sports career hall

Andrea Marunde started playing volleyball in 1976. She played in the first and second Bundesliga with VG Alstertal - Harksheide , 1. VC Hamburg and since 1994 with TV Fischbek . She made 22 international matches for the national junior team. With the TV Fischbek she was several times German champion of senior women. In 2015 she won the 50+ World Championship in the USA with the senior national team.

Sports career beach

Andrea Marunde took third place at the German championship on Timmendorfer Strand in 1994 alongside Kerstin Asbar and ninth in 1995 with Heike Weber . Today she takes part in the German Senior Championships with Martina Hauschild .

Private

Andrea Marunde is married to the volleyball coach Knut Rettig and has a daughter.
