Andreas Beran

Andreas Beran (born October 29, 1953 in Hamburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ). From 2000 to 2005 he was chairman of the social committee of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament.

Life and work

Beran finished his studies in 1976 with a degree in administrative management and worked until 2009 as a project manager in the specialist social pedagogical service. Andreas Beran is married and has two children.

Political party

Beran joined the SPD in 1975. From 1997 to 2003 he was a member of the SPD state executive committee of Schleswig-Holstein . Since 2002 he has been chairman of the SPD district association in Segeberg and from 2007 to 2011 he was chairman of the state party council of the SPD.

MP

Beran was a member of the municipal council of Hüttblek from 1986 to 2003 and of the district council of the Segeberg district from 1994 to 2000 .

On February 15, 1995, he replaced the resigned MP Sigrid Warnicke in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament , to which he was a member until the end of the 1996 election period. From 2000 to 2005 Beran was again a member of the state parliament and during this time chairman of the social committee. On December 12, 2008, he moved up to the state parliament via the state list; He also won a mandate on the state list in the 2009 state elections. He did not run for the early state elections in 2012.

Andreas Beran entered the state parliament in 1995 via the state list and in 2000 as a directly elected member of the Segeberg-Mitte constituency.

Public offices

Beran was deputy mayor of the municipality of Hüttblek from 1990 to 2003 .
