Andreas Bronst (born November 12, 1957 in Rochlitz ) is a former German gymnast . His home club was the SC DHfK Leipzig .
With the team of the German Democratic Republic (GDR) he won a silver medal in the team all-round competition at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow , for which he was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit. At GDR championships he was runner-up on parallel bars in 1979 .
