Andreas Deuschle (born November 18, 1978 in Nürtingen ) is a German CDU politician and member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg .

education and profession

After graduating from high school in Esslingen am Neckar, Andreas Deuschle studied law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen , completing the first state examination in law. He was a trainee lawyer at the Stuttgart Regional Court and passed the second state examination in law. Deuschle worked for the energy company EnBW from 2007 to 2013 . And since 2008 as a lawyer in his own law firm.

Political activity

Andreas Deuschle was elected chairman of the Junge Union in the Deizisau - Plochingen regional association in 1999. From 2003 to 2008 he was a member of the state executive committee of the Junge Union Baden-Württemberg. In the Baden-Württemberg State Association of the Junge Union , he was a consultant for content-related issues. As a member of the staff of the CDU regional office, he was responsible for planning and preparing the Bundestag election campaign of the Southwest CDU in 2005. From 2008 to 2010 he was the presiding judge at the regional arbitration court of the Junge Union. In the state elections in 2011 he ran in the constituency of Esslingen and won the direct mandate. In the state elections in 2016 , he lost his direct mandate, but returned to the state parliament with a second mandate. There he acts, among other things, as chairman of the committee for science, research and the arts.

Since 2018, Andreas Deuschle has been a member of the state committee for media and media policy of the CDU Baden-Württemberg and a member of the district board of the CDU North Württemberg. He is also an honorary member of the media council of the State Office for Communication Baden-Württemberg.

Andreas Deuschle lives in Esslingen am Neckar . He is evangelical.
