Andreas Erhard Heinz (born February 27, 1960 in Plauen ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and member of the Saxon state parliament .

education and profession

Andreas Heinz attended school in Weischlitz from 1966 to 1976 and from 1976 to 1979 he trained as an agricultural engineer with a high school diploma . From 1979 to 1981 he worked as an agricultural engineer at LPG (P) Geilsdorf , in 1982 he switched to LPG (P) Syrau , where he worked as an investment preparer from 1985. In 1986 he completed a distance learning course as a qualified agricultural engineer and was Deputy Chairman of LPG (P) Syrau from 1990 to 1991. After that he was a part-time farmer.

Heinz has been married since 1979 and has two children.

politics

In October 1989 Heinz joined the Democratic Peasant Party in Germany and became a member of the CDU when the parties merged in 1990 . Since November 1991 he was a member of the Saxon State Parliament, initially as a successor, and since 1994 as a directly elected candidate for the Vogtland 2 constituency . There he is chairman of the working group for rural areas, environment and agriculture. In the 3rd electoral term he was deputy chairman of the committee for the environment and regional development, since November 2002 agricultural policy spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group.
