Andreas Schober is a former German skeleton athlete .

Andreas Schober started for the BSC Munich . He was part of the German national team at the turn of the millennium and was used in all three races of the season in 2000/01 in the first season of the European Skeleton Cup . In the first race in Igls , Schober was 12th, in the two following races in Altenberg and on the artificial ice rink at Königssee , fifth. In the overall standings, he finished third behind the Austrians Markus Penz and Walter Stern . At the German Championships in 2001 in Königssee, Schober was fifth.
