Andreas Türck was a talk show that was broadcast from 1998 to 2002 in the afternoon program of the ProSieben television station. The show was moderated by Andreas Türck . Over 850 episodes of the program were broadcast. A few months after it was canceled, the program was re-broadcast at noon. The program was produced by the at Axel Springer AG belonging Schwartzkopff TV Productions . Until she was hired, she was an essential element of the ProSieben program structure based on three talk shows on weekday afternoons. Their appointment entailed a far-reaching restructuring of the program scheme.

Concept of broadcast

The duration of the broadcast was around 50 minutes. As is typical for broadcasters, it was interrupted by several commercial breaks. The production took place in a studio in front of a larger audience. As a rule, several guests were presented one after the other, each with individual characteristics in their lifestyle, their biography or their socio-cultural convictions. Often individual guests were biographically connected with each other and debated conflicts from their everyday life in front of the audience.
As a rule, loud arguments took place between the guests and / or the audience during the broadcast. As with other afternoon talk shows, the topics mostly came from the lowlands of human coexistence. Each broadcast had a topic under which the appearance of the individual guests was subsumed.
Typical program titles are, for example, Kapier's finally, your crush doesn't want you! , Fuck Emanze! Back to the stove. ' Women are more stupid than men. Today I'll prove it to you. or help Andreas, my friend is in a gang! .
After a brief thematic introduction by the moderator, the moderator initially addressed individual guests. During the conversations with the following guests, contributions from the first interviewees were encouraged in order to create an emotionalized overall situation. Speeches from the audience were systematically integrated into the process for the same reason. The style of moderation also contributed to the desired emotionalization.

Reviews

“[...] Türck doesn't have it easy; it is the cute buffer zone between the cute Arabella and the cute Nicole , a dry bone between two juicy pieces of fillet. And what does he not do to appear relaxed. He wipes his nose with his forearm and laughs at his own jokes. Even on poignant topics like 'I love my sister! Why are we not allowed to get married? '. But now Andreas Türck wants to create a new image, in the direction of Beckmann and Jauch. The next 750 broadcasts should prove what it can really do. [...] "

Others

  • At the beginning of 1999 there were voices in German media politics calling for “dirty talk shows on television to be banished to evening programs”. Andreas Türck was considered to be one of the examples of afternoon talk shows that, due to the increasing pressure of competition between the twelve talk shows that were broadcast during the day, increasingly relied on " dirty talk ".
  • In 2000 it became known that Türck was keen to produce his Schwartzkopff TV show Andreas Türck himself. ProSieben did not comply with this request.
