Andreas Wagner (lawyer)

Andreas Wagner (born 1962 ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Higher Regional Court .

Life

Wagner came after Studied law in Trier and Cordoba (Spain) , 1997 in the higher judicial service of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia one. He was first at the district court of Wuppertal in a civil court and then to the Wuppertal District Court as a criminal and family law judge employed. There he was appointed judge at the district court in 2000. In 2008, he was promoted to judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court , where Wagner has been working in a family senate since 2016 - as deputy chairman since 2016 .

Wagner is a co-author of several legal textbooks, employee in the expert section of the calculation program "Gutdeutsch Familienrechtliche Gesetzlichen" (Good German Family Law Calculations) and a member of the Scientific Association for Family Law .
