Andreas von Schubert

Andreas Friedrich Hans von Schubert (* 1968 ) is a German mechanical engineer and economist .

Life

Von Schubert first studied mechanical engineering in Munich and Bielefeld. After graduating as a graduate engineer (FH), he completed an MBA in the distance program at Henley Management College in Reading. In 2006 he worked with Rainer Marr at the Faculty of Economics and Organizational Sciences at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich with a dissertation on Loyalty in Companies. Sustainability through employee-oriented management to the Dr. rer. pole. PhD.

He is professor for human resource management at the University of Wismar and supervises bachelor and master students. Von Schubert is the author of books, specialist articles and conference contributions and has been co-editor of the Wismar publications on management and law , which are published by the Europäische Hochschulverlag , since 2009 .

Before that he was project manager and speaker at MAN in Karlsfeld and Munich as well as technical director at the supplier Webasto in Stockdorf. At MAN Nutzfahrzeuge he co-invented patented drive trains in 2004 and 2007 .
