Andree Köthe (* 1964 in Dohrenbach ) is a German chef .

Career

Andree Köthe has been the owner of the Essigbrätlein restaurant in Nuremberg, which has now been awarded two Michelin stars , since 1989 . The name is the Franconian term for sauerbraten . The small restaurant with only 20 seats is located in the old town of Nuremberg .

He has been working there as head chef together with Yves Ollech since 1997 . The Gault Millau and named him Chef of the Year 2012 in Germany. Since then, Gault Millau has awarded 18 points.

Private life

Andree Köthe is the father of five children.
