Andrew George Stroukoff (born April 27, 1950 in Trenton , New Jersey ) is a retired American figure skater .

Together with his ice dance partner Susan Kelley , Stroukoff competed for the Skating Club of Boston . They celebrated their first success in 1975 when they won the Eastern Championship . At the US championships they took third place in ice dancing in 1976 and 1978, and in 1977 they became runner-up.

In addition, Stroukoff and Kelley competed at the World Figure Skating Championships in 1976 in Gothenburg and finished 18th. A year later, in 1977 in Tokyo , they were twelfth. At the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck , they finished 17th in ice dancing.

After his active career, Stroukoff worked as a coach, often together with his former partner Kelley.
