Andrus Utsar
Andrus Utsar (born March 20, 1976 in Tallinn ) is a former Estonian weightlifter .
He reached eighth place in the class up to 94 kg at the 2001 European Championships . At the world championships in the same year he was twelfth. In 2002 he made seventh place at the European Championships . At the European Championships in 2003 he was sixth in the snatch, but had no valid attempt in the push. In 2005 he was tested positive for stanozolol at the World Championships and banned for two years for doping .
