Andrzej Świerczyński
Andrzej Świerczyński (born October 25, 1952 in Warsaw ) is a former Polish sprinter .
At the European Athletics Championships in Rome in 1974 he was fifth in the 4 x 100 meter relay and was eliminated over 100 m in the preliminary run.
In 1976 he reached the semi-finals at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Munich over 60 m . At the Olympic Games in Montreal he was fourth in the 4-by-100-meter relay and reached the quarter-finals over 100 m .
In 1974 and 1975 he was Polish champion over 100 m and in 1976 Polish indoor champion over 60 m.
He is married to the hurdler Bożena Nowakowska .
