Andy Müller-Maguhn (born October 3, 1971 in Hamburg ) is a German computer scientist who has been a member of the Chaos Computer Club (CCC) since 1986 and was one of the club's spokespersons from 1990 to 2003.

From November 2000 to June 2003 he was one of the elected honorary directors at ICANN and, together with 18 other directors, was responsible for the worldwide development of guidelines and the decision-making of structural questions about the structure of the Internet . From June 2002 to 2004 or 2005 he acted as an honorary board member of European Digital Rights , which, as the umbrella organization of European NGOs, advocates the enforcement of human rights in the digital age. At the general meeting in January 2009 - after a two-year break - he was again a member of the CCC board, until he was voted out on February 5, 2012 at an extraordinary general meeting.
