Ange Barde (born February 1, 1969 in Sanary-sur-Mer ) is a French entrepreneur and former racing driver .

Racing career

Ange Barde began his career in 1994 in the French Formula Renault Championship , where he remained active for two seasons. After that, he did not contest car races for eight years and did not return to the racing slopes until 2003. For Ferrari France he won the overall ranking of the Ferrari Challenge Europe - Trofeo Pirelli . In the following years he was the overall winner of this championship in series. In 2004 he won - as in the year before - in a Ferrari 360 Challenge . In 2005 he moved to Monaco Motors and won the championship for the third time in a row. Also in 2006 - for the fourth time in a row - he secured the championship title. In 2007 he had to admit defeat to his long-time opponent Michael Cullen and finished second overall. He made further appearances in one-make cups in the Porsche Carrera Cup France and the Trofeo Maserati World Series .

In addition to appearing in the one-make cups, Barde drove selected sports car races . In 2003 and 2004 he took part in the Le Mans 24-hour race . Both participations ended prematurely due to failures. Also, the 2004 12 Hours of Sebring he could not finish.
