Angela Diederichsen

Angela Diederichsen (born July 8, 1950 in Neunburg vorm Wald ) is a German lawyer . She was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

After graduating from high school in 1969, she initially studied at a pedagogical university at the request of her parents , but after just one year she switched to law studies at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and passed the first state examination in 1974 and the second in 1977. After working at the State Ministry of Justice in Munich, she became a public prosecutor in 1979 , where she dealt with youth protection matters. In 1982 she was appointed judge at the Munich District Court . From 1983 to 1994 she was the full-time working group leader for trainee lawyers, during which time she was appointed judge at the Munich Higher Regional Court in 1990, where she first worked in a civil and later in a criminal senate since 1994.

Diederichsen became a judge at the Federal Court of Justice in November 2000 and was there in VI. Civil Senate , which is responsible for general damage law. At the end of November 30, 2015, she retired due to age.
