Angelo Pagotto (born November 21, 1973 in Verbania ) is an Italian former football player . The goalkeeper last played for FC Crotone . He was an Italian junior international and played 46 Serie A games .

He began his career at SSC Napoli , where he was not used. In 1994/95 he played at AC Pistoiese and then moved to Sampdoria Genoa in Serie A. In 1996 he was a member of the Italian junior national team, which won the European championship in Spain . The tournament was also the qualification for the Olympic Games in Atlanta. Pagotto was not used there.

In the summer he moved to AC Milan , where he only appeared eight times and was loaned to FC Empoli after one season until he went to AC Perugia in November 1997 . From 2001 he was under contract with US Triestina for two years . Further stations were AC Arezzo , FC Turin , US Grosseto and finally from 2007 FC Crotone .

In 1999 Pagotto tested positive for cocaine and was banned for two years. In 2007 he was found again with a positive cocaine test and was banned for eight years.
