Anja-Ursula Hucke

Anja-Ursula Hucke (* 1967 ) is a German lawyer .

Life

From 1983 to 1988 she studied law with a focus on business and tax law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . After the 1st state examination she was a trainee lawyer in Bavaria and Atlanta . From 1991 to 1995 she was a research assistant of Erich Schanze at the University of Oldenburg . After completing her doctorate in 1995 at the Goethe University with a legal and economic analysis of the relationship between shareholders and GmbH managing directors, she was research assistant to Peter Salje at the University of Hanover from 1995 to 2000 . After completing her habilitation in 2000 in Hanover with a comparative law topic from competition law, she represented the professorship for private law and patent law at the Technical University of Munich from 2000 to 2003 . Since 2003 she has been professor for civil law, commercial and company law, German and European commercial and corporate law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rostock .

Her main research interests are commercial law, in particular commercial, corporate and corporate law as well as internal auditing law.
