Peter Salje

Peter Salje (born February 9, 1948 in Sulingen ) held the chair for civil and economic law at the Leibniz University of Hanover until his retirement .

Life

Salje studied law and politics and was awarded a Dr. jur. and to the Dr. rer. pole. PhD; his habilitation took place in Münster.

Research and Teaching

Saljes, who has a doctorate in political and economic sciences as well as in law , specializes in research alongside civil law, in particular commercial and European law . Particular emphasis is placed on the law of the energy industry, including the law of renewable energies, in the publications .
