Anke Heimes

Anke Heimes (born July 28, 1957 in Holz near Heusweiler ) is a German politician and member of the CDU . From 1999 to 2009 she was a member of the Saarland State Parliament .

Political functions

Heimes has been a member of the Wemmetsweiler CDU local association since 1987 . From 1989 to 2006 she was a member of the Merchweiler municipal council . 1. Alderman in Merchweiler 1999-2006. In 1994 she became a board member in the local and community association. From 2006 to 2008 she was chairwoman of the CDU local association in Wemmetsweiler, and from 1999 to 2009 a member of the Saarland state parliament. 2000–2005 she was chairwoman of the KPV Neunkirchen, since 2005 deputy chairwoman. In May 2006 she ran for the election of the mayor of the municipality of Schiffweiler, but was already defeated by the SPD candidate Wolfgang Stengel in the first ballot.
