Anke van Beekhuis (* 1976 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian non-fiction author and management consultant . Her areas of expertise are gender equality and high performance culture .

biography

Van Beekhuis completed an apprenticeship as a technician for mechanical engineering and HVAC and initially worked as a construction manager for heating / ventilation / plumbing. After training as a systemic organizational consultant and coach in the areas of organizational development , large group work and systemic organizational constellation , she founded TheRedHouse - Institute for Sustainable Corporate Development , which was renamed Beekhuis Performance Culture in 2018 .

Since then she has accompanied companies in the DACH region in change processes on the topics of high performance, agility , generation change and gender equality , as well as in strategy and management development . For this purpose, she has developed the analysis tools “Gender Balance Performance Check”, “High Performance Culture Check” and “Value Added Check” and published a study on gender equality. She shares her expertise in her blog , podcast and in specialist articles.

Van Beekhuis is married, has one daughter and lives near Vienna .
