The plant center (also known as Askania center ) was planned as a leader's headquarters , which was built during the Second World War near Tomaszów Mazowiecki in the central Generalgouvernement .

The facility consisted of two railway bunkers; one bunker was near the village of Konewka 51 ° 33 ′ 39.6 ″  N , 20 ° 9 ′ 21.6 ″  E , the other near the village of Jelen 51 ° 30 ′ 10.9 ″  N , 20 ° 4 ′ 48.4 ″  O . The bunkers were never used by Hitler as the Führer headquarters. The facility is undamaged, is in good condition and can be visited.
