Anna Maria Alegiani

Anna Maria Alegiani (born August 5, 1927 in Rome ) is an Italian actress .

Life

Alegiani made her debut in one of the last Telefoni Bianchi in 1943 in the role of a schoolgirl and was praised by the magazine "Cinema" as a hope for the future, which was not fulfilled in the turmoil of the war that was coming to an end. Alegiani devoted himself primarily to the theater in the post-war period and played minor roles in the company of Memo Benassi / Evi Maltagliati . In 1950, after two film roles, she became a member of the “Piccolo Teatro” in Milan . Her interpretation in Gian Giorgio Trissino's Sofonisbe under Giorgio Strehler was praised . She later appeared under Alessandro Brissoni in Federico García Lorca's Blood Wedding (1962).

From the mid-1950s, Alegiani concentrated on television productions, some of which she was able to co-create early highlights; She was also active as a voice actress. After her retirement in the late 1960s, she returned to acting in 2007 for a guest role in the television series Carabinieri .
