Anna Maria Rauck

Anna Maria Rauck , née Eckerlein, widowed Schweighöfer (* July 25, 1871 in Dieburg ; † May 30, 1953 in Jugenheim ) was a Hessian politician ( SPD Hessen ) and a member of the state parliament of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar Republic .

family

Anna Maria Rauck was the daughter of the specialty dealer Friedrich Eckerlein and his wife Josepha nee Hopp. Anna Maria Rauck first married Christian Schweighöfer (1860–1904) and on November 23, 1905 in Darmstadt, her second marriage was Georg Rauck. She had eight children: Hildegard Hanftmann, Elisabeth Luise, Anna, Wilhelmine Katharina, Hedwig, Johanna, Mathilde Rauck and Georg Rauck.

education and profession

Anna Maria Rauck left middle school without a degree. She works as a maid, housewife and shoemaker's wife and since 1905 housewife and printer's wife in Darmstadt. During the First World War she was active in women's aid and war welfare and there above all in youth work and poor relief.

Anna Maria Rauck was a member of the state parliament for one electoral period from 1919 to 1921.
