Anna Leonidowna Schewzowa ( Russian Анна Леонидовна Шевцова ; born May 15, 1982 in Moscow ) is a Russian skeleton pilot .

Anna Schewzowa has been a skeleton driver since 2003 and part of the Russian national team since 2004. The Russian made her international debut in January in a skeleton World Cup race in Lillehammer , which she finished in 24th. In the following month, she took part in a European Championship and a World Championship for the first time. At the European Championships in Altenberg she finished 11th, at the World Championships in Königssee she was 20th. At the World Championships a year later in Calgary , the Russian was able to improve by four places. In the World Cup, she mostly reached ranks in the 20 range. For the first time in the top ten came Shevtsova in November 2006 at races in the framework of the Skeleton America's Cup in Calgary (fifth and fourth). Her best result so far in the World Cup was 13th place in January 2007 in Nagano . For the 2007/08 season Schewzowa was used in the newly created Skeleton Intercontinental Cup. Here she competed in all six races and finished ninth in the overall standings. She also competed in the Skeleton America's Cup and achieved fourth place in Park City as the best result .
