Anne Lindmo (born April 3, 1970 in Basel ) is a Norwegian journalist and television presenter . She has hosted the talk show Lindmo on NRK1 since 2012 .

Life

Lindmo is the daughter of a priest and was born in Basel. She grew up in Toten and Bærum . She first studied French and sociology and history of ideas at the University of Oslo , where she also received a degree. She later moved to London where she received a Masters degree in radio journalism. In 1994 Anne Lindmo started working for the Norwegian broadcaster Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK). She initially worked for the radio station NRK P3 . At the end of the 1990s, she also began working for broadcast television. From 2002 to 2009 she moderated the culture talk show Store studio ( German : Großes Studio ), for which she was honored as the best presenter at the Gullruten awards ceremony in 2006, 2008 and 2010 .

In 2012 she got her own talk show Lindmo . For this show, too, she was able to win the “Best Presenter” category for Gullruten. After Fredrik Skavlan left NRK with his talk show Skavlan and switched to TV 2 , Lindmo took over its broadcasting slot. In doing so, it managed to become a talk show with a wider audience.

She is married to the TV producer Hasse Lindmo. They have two sons together.
