Annemarie von Auerswald

Annemarie von Auerswald (born November 8, 1876 in Rinkowken ; † March 3, 1945 ) was a German canon, writer and museum director. She headed the "Heimatmuseum für die Prignitz" in the monastery Stift zum Heiligengrabe . The most important paleontological find of the Prignitz, the Xenusion auerswaldae, is named after her . Some of her works were placed on the list of literature to be segregated in the Soviet occupation zone in 1946 .
