Anni Pede (born January 14, 1940 ), married Anni Erdkamp , is a former German athlete who became known as the first female marathon runner in Germany.

On September 16, 1967 in Waldniel (under the name Anni Erdkamp) with a time of 3: 07: 26.2 h, she set a world record in the marathon that lasted until 1970. It was also the first recorded German marathon record, which was not beaten until 1973 by Christa Kofferschläger .

Since at that time women were still forbidden to run marathons due to fear of overload, Anni Erdkamp's trainer, Ernst van Aaken , organized a marathon and let two women run secretly. He set them up 30 meters behind the start so that the judges would not notice them. Anni Erdkamp was third overall in this run. At the time, when she was 27, she was the mother of two children.

Before that, she was a middle-distance runner and was fourth at the European Indoor Games in 1966 over 800 meters (2: 12.9 min).

Anni Pede started for the OSC Waldniel .
